Is deckstr free to use?

Yes! You can use deckstr for free with up to 5 topics per day and 10 flashcards per topic. No sign-up required. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited access.

What topics can I generate flashcards for?

Anything! From biology and history to programming and languages. Just type a topic and our AI creates exam-aligned flashcards instantly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your premium access continues until the end of your billing period.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data from our servers. You can also email support@deckstr.uk to request deletion.

What age group is deckstr for?

deckstr is designed for students aged 13 and above. Users under 13 should not use the app.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

Open the deckstr app
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion

This permanently removes all your data from our servers, including your profile, playlists, and study history.

You can also request account deletion by emailing support@deckstr.uk with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Note: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
